How can I pay for my ride?
You can pay with cash, your PediPay wallet, QR Ph or a card. Choose your payment method before you book. Some methods may not be available in every city.
How do I add money to PediPay?
In the app, go to PediPay and tap Cash in, then choose one of the listed channels and follow the steps. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed.
I was charged twice or charged the wrong amount
Contact Pedi Support under Payments and refunds. Include the booking number and, if you can, a screenshot of the charge. We’ll check it and reverse anything you shouldn’t have paid.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds to your PediPay wallet appear once we approve them. Refunds to a card are returned through your bank, so how long they take depends on your bank’s processing time.
